That is best to be done by your team. We simply would feedback any information concerning the contact to you.
No. We work on a per-project basis so you are not tied into any long-term contract. Our terms are simple. We will develop your campaign and implement it with our team. You would agree to the time frame and cost before we start. Then you would simply be billed for the campaign based on agreed terms.
The cost varies due to your needs. There are fixed costs such as a setup fee for new telephone numbers and development for each campaign but we would discuss this before any work started.
Our servers that would house your data are all secure and GDPR compliant. A certificate from our Data Officer will be presented on all records received. Once a campaign is completed and the results are transmitted back to you, ALL DATA IS REMOVED.

We do charge a setup fee for training and developing the campaign for you. This is to cover the start-up cost associated with developing a campaign. There is no retainer payable and we bill on a 30-day basis, subject to status.
Our campaign are designed to run for 140 hours minimum. This is the only way to accurately gauge if a campaign is working. During the month, you will have weekly updates from your account manger
There will always be two callers on a campaign so that unforeseeable circumstances do not derail the campaign. If one is unavailable, then the other is there to pick up the slack
